Two Ways to
Order
Order Online using
the Paypal Shopping Cart:
Make
your purchases using our online shopping cart and your credit card payments
will be securely processed through PayPal.com.
We
will receive your payment without receiving any of your personal credit
card info.
Order by Email:
You may email us your order
for more options. Please include the items you wish to order along with
your address & zip code. We will forward you an invoice with your totals
and shipping options. You can either use the link provided to pay for your
items using a credit card. For US customers you can also print out
this invoice and send it with a check or money order payable to: The Purrfect
Present. In stock items will be held for seven days of invoice date.

Orders / Shipping

orders are generally shipped with in 48 hours. We will notify you of any
delay. Yo will receive a shipping confirmation via email once we ship your
items. Shipping time will vary depending on destination and shipping method. |

Out of
Stock Items
If an item is temporarily
out of stock or no longer available, we will inform you via e-mail as to
your options. You can choose to wait for the item, make an exchange or
be issued a refund. For items that are limited or on close-out, you may
want to e-mail us for availability.
Our
Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important
to us. So if you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it to us
for a full refund of the purchase price. That is
minus the shipping
and handling charges and excludes personalized or custom items. The items
must be in good condition and returned within 30 days of purchase.
Also we guarantee your privacy
by never selling your name.
